Equito charges fees for managing each project, and these vary depending on the type of project.
Rental (Alquiler)
For the Rental product, Equito applies fixed fees, calculated on the total project amount and already included in the token price (the investor pays nothing additional):
| Fee | What it covers | Amount |
|---|---|---|
| Acquisition fee | Sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing the property | 8% of the total project amount |
| Property management fee | Rental management and property maintenance | 10% of the total project amount |
| Profit share | Profit from the capital gain | Equito keeps 20%, and 80% is distributed to investors |
Buy & Sell (Compra y Venta)
For the Buy & Sell product, the profit generated from the sale is split between investors and Equito using progressive brackets: if the profit exceeds a bracket threshold, only the excess is split at the next bracket's percentage (similar to how income tax brackets work).
The brackets and split percentages are defined individually for each project. Equito designs them on a case-by-case basis, aiming to offer investors strong returns. Within each project, you can check the specific brackets and percentages in the "Returns" ("Rentabilidad") section of the project page.
Unlike Rental, in Buy & Sell, Equito's fee is not charged upfront and is not included in the token price: it is applied to the final profit, at the time the property is sold.
⁉️ Brackets and percentages vary by project , always check the specific project page for its exact figures.
